The service

Optimal Location (ol.pi3.in) is provided free of charge by Prisha iCube. It estimates travel times between places and suggests locations that keep total travel time low.

Estimates, not advice

Every time and suggestion is an estimate built from open map data and stated assumptions. Roads change, traffic varies and public transport times are approximate. Check anything that matters, such as a daily commute before signing a lease, or real flight and train schedules before booking a venue, with your own visits and up-to-date sources. The suggestions are not property, financial, logistics or legal advice.

Fair use

The app relies on free public services that limit how much they can be used. Please use it as a person would: no automated, scripted or bulk use, and no attempts to get around its limits. We may block use that harms the service for others.

Map data and other services

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. Routing is provided by OSRM servers run by FOSSGIS e.V. and the OSRM project; place search by Photon from komoot; airport locations come from OurAirports (public domain). These services have their own terms, and they may change or stop without notice.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running but can't promise it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Prisha iCube is not liable for any loss arising from using, or relying on, the site or its results.

Ownership

The app's design, text and code are © Prisha iCube. Open-source parts keep their own licences (Leaflet, jsPDF and html2canvas-pro: MIT; Overpass font: SIL Open Font Licence). Your plans and reports are yours.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
